How to Apply
 
Please submit an Online Application for your child along with the application fee of $100.  Once you review and submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received by our Admissions team. 
 
Applications for Elementary (Kindergarten through Sixth Grade) are due January 24, 2024, and applications for Preschool, Toddlers, and Nursery are due December 31, 2023. Applications received by these due dates will be considered within the official admissions timeline for the 2024-2025 school year. All late applications will be considered as space allows.
 
Create an Online Application
 
  • New Families: You will need to Create an Account and verify your email address. If you do not immediately receive a verification email from Wesley Prep, please check your junk mail folder.
  • Returning Families and Families who have previously submitted an application: Please Login to the Admissions Portal here.
  • Once logged in, you can Create A New Student Application based on your child's age/grade. The application will list any additional steps needed based on the age/grade level of your child's application.
  • You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your in-progress application at any time.
  • Once you review and submit your child's application, you can log in to your account to print a PDF of your completed application and monitor when we receive your child's application checklist items such as the Teacher Recommendation, School Records, and CATS/ISEE Reports.

Each student at Wesley Prep must submit a complete and current immunization record upon enrollment at the school for each school year the child attends. Wesley Prep does not accept ROC affidavits for exemption from immunizations.
